About This Competition
Outtrain and Social Fitness Throwdown sponsored and supported by Red Bull
Mixed teams of 4 (2F and 2M) - Everyday / Intermediate level. One division. Weights will be varied to suit different abilities in the team. - See category description for more info.
A competitive series of workouts hosted by Outtrain at Crossfit Putney followed by drinks and more socialising supported by the guys at Social Fitness
Start time 1.30pm, An afternoon of team based workouts plus head to head final with live DJ, shakes, snacks and prizes for winning teams.
Side show competition ran by the guys at Red Bull who will also be on site with refreshments and the Red Bull Rig and Truck.
All workouts will be team based so you can use the strength of each team member and share the workload.
There are 4 workouts with 8 seperate scoring elements so the leaderboard will stay exciting and ever changing.
No Crossfit or Gymnastics, all functional fitness however team members are required to know correct form.
Live scoreboard throughout all workouts.
Crossfit Putney is a fully functioning gym hired privately for this event, Coffee, shakes all on site plus end of workout beers and winners prizes.
Venue has changing rooms and showers on site. Spectators come for free.

Example
Pair 1 completes 2 reps synchro of DB Snatches, Pair 2 completes 2 reps scychro Barbell clean and press, Pair 1 completes 2 synchro plate snatch, pair 2 completes 2 synchro Kettlebell clean and press. All 4 team mates complete 8 synchro burpees
Repeat in reverse with 4 reps, each round increase by 2 reps, 8 burpees at the end of each round.
