Welcome to the very first CrossFit Creed Classic!
We’re thrilled to have you join us in our gym for a day packed with intensity, teamwork, and all the emotions that come with pushing your limits. Whether you’re here to compete, support, or simply soak in the atmosphere, we can’t wait to share this experience with you.

Format: Teams of 2 (Mixed M/F)
* Teams will be divided into two divisions (Rx and Scaled) following the completion of the first three seeding workouts. *
Registration Fee:

  • Early bird (3 days only): $160 + HST 
  • After March 3rd: $180 + HST 

* Registration Fee Policy — The registration fee is non‑refundable; however, it may be transferred to another team.

For reps - Time cap: 3:30

Simultaneously, athletes will accumulate as many calories as possible on the ski erg and then after 30 seconde break, they will accumulate as many reps as possible doing ynchro skettlebell swings.
Partner 1-2: 90 second ski erg max calories on their respective machine
Rest: 30 secondes
Partner 1-2: 90 second max rep synchro kb swing 53lbs/35lbs

Quick start:

Ski erg:
Both athletes will start in front of the platform. On "GO", they will take the handles and start skiing.
Kettlerbell swings: Both athletes will start with the KB in front of them on the ground. On "GO" they will take the kettlebell and start performing reps. If at any point, one of the athletes drop the kb, the other one needs to stop too.

Scoring method:

Total amount of calories (both ski ergs added together) + kettlebell swing reps (1 synchro kb swing = 1 rep)

Assault Bike:
Athlete starts standing behind the bike. On “Go,” the athlete may mount the bike and begin.
Wall Balls: Athlete starts standing upright with the wallball on the ground in front of them. On “Go,” the athlete may pick up the ball and begin.

Scoring method - 2 scores

Partner 1:
Score is the total time to complete the Assault Bike distance. If the athlete does not finish within the time cap, the score will be the time cap plus completed distance.
Partner 2: Score is the total time to complete the wall balls. If the athlete does not finish within the time cap, the score will be the time cap plus completed reps.

Snatch Complex

The team will have 8 minutes to complete the following complex:
Snatch + Hang Snatch + Overhead Squat

Each athlete will have as many attempts as they want to successfully complete the complex. The weight may not be lowered between attempts. Once the bar comes down, that attempt is considered complete.

Quick start

Teams will begin with empty barbells. On “GO,” they may load their bar and start lifting. Only one athlete per team may lift at a time.

Scoring method:
Combined total lift weight for each partner.

Format: You go, I go. Female starts first
One partner completes the full round as fast as possible while the other partner rests. Partners alternate until the workout is complete.
Quick start
Barbell:

The team will stand in front of their barbell on the ground. On “GO,” the female athlete will pick up the barbell and perform the complex. Once the judge confirms that Partner 1 has completed their calories, Partner 2 may begin the complex. Partner 2 cannot pick up the barbell before the judge’s confirmation.

One athlete at a time will complete the gymnastics movements, and the team may divide the reps however they choose. Both athletes will perform the front squats, thrusters, and clusters simultaneously.

Quick start
Pull‑ups / Ring Rows:

The first athlete will stand with their back against the wall underneat the rigs and, on “GO,” will jump to the bar or take hold of the rings to begin their reps.

Synchro Movements:
Athletes must reach the top position at the same time for every rep to count.
