About This Competition

What is COMPLETE Habits GRIND? 

It is meant to JUMPSTART goals in lifestyle change and body composition. 

This will be a harder version of our time tested nutrition and lifestyle challenge, COMPLETE Habits where we focus on adhering the the COMPLETE 8 Foundational Habits with support of group accountability AND coaching. 

This version will be designed for those who enjoy a who tougher challenge, find satisfaction in a very disciplined path towards goals, and likely already have basic knowledge and practice of nutrition and lifestyle habits

Led by Zac Zuspann - expect a more hands off that clearly lays out the details of the challenge and encourages adherence and accountability

GRIND is best for those who have done HABITS or similar challenges before and are already on track, but want to really HONE IN!

It includes 2 In-Body Assessments ($50 value). This is PHASE 1 for 2024! Don't miss out! 

COMPLETE Habits GRIND Winners will take home BIG PRIZES! 

Winners will be determined by their InBody results AND adherence to their daily habits

MONDAY January 8th- Registration OPENS 
FRIDAY January 12th -Registration CLOSES
  • Before the challenge begins on Monday, January 22nd we will help all participants
  • Form a personal accountability groups
  • Join Habits GRIND FB group
  • COMPLETE Full On Ramp Week 

ON RAMP WEEK

  • Monday January 15th- Sunday January 21st
  • Virtual Kick Off Meeting
  • Formation of accountability groups and game plan
  • education and guidance on HABITS covered during challenge 

30 DAY COURSE/CHALLENGE

  • Monday January 22nd- Tuesday February 20th
  • Tally points daily by adhering to COMPLETE 8
  • coaching and accountability    

EXIT/RETEST WEEK 

  • Tuesday February 20th - Sunday February 25th
  • Following the final week, we will help each participant 
  • Complete a 2nd InBody assessment to track progress 
  • Tally all HABITS based points
