CrossFit OverTake Kids Competition
About This Competition
On April 27th, 2024 CrossFit OverTake is hosting their first annual CrossFit Kids partner competition. We know your kids work so hard in the gym, and it is time to show off what they got.
There are 3 age divisions, 3 workouts and a final, and MM, FF, MF pairs are allowed.
Athletes will need to be able to perform CrossFit movements such as:
Snatches, cleans, deadlifts, squats, wallballs, pull-ups, toes 2 bar/knee raises, box jumps/step-ups, burpees, and average weight for the age group.
Workouts will be released on Wednesday, April 24th along with heats, waivers, and final schedule via email. Waivers will need to be completed by the parent/guardian of both atheltes in order to compete.
There will be no refunds allowed. Substitutions on atheltes are allowed, please be sure to email matt@crossfitovertake.com with the name of the substitutions.
