The iF3 World Championship is where top qualifying masters athletes from around the globe come together to battle it out over 3 days and 6 tests to claim the title of the iF3 Masters World Champion for 2022
The iF3 Master’s World Championship features athletes from the following age groups 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64 and 65+
Athletes’ age is determined by their age as of December 31, 2022
For the 2022 season, each National Federation of the iF3 is allowed to send up to 3 male and 3 female athletes to compete in each age division.
Additional spaces will be made available for athletes from the host country of Aruba.
Athletes looking to qualify to the iF3 Master’s World Championships should reach out to the National Federation in their country about the qualifying process.

Workouts
- 2500 meter run with 20/14 pound vest*
- 500 meter swim**
- 2500 meter run (no vest)*
* 2000 meter for age-groups 50+

- 3 attempts to establish a 1 rep max Power Snatch
- 3 attempts to establish a 1 rep max Strict Press (from the floor)

Time Cap: 17 minutes
On a 4 minute clock:
- 2 minutes to establish your longest freestanding handstand hold
- 1 minute to establish your longest unbroken L-sit (on plates)
- 1 minute to accumulate as many alternating pistols as possible
12-9-6-3 reps of:
