About This Competition
Same Sex Pairs One-Day Competition
Saturday 13th May - Scaled (30 Teams Only)
Sunday 14th May - Intermediate (30 Teams Only)
Each Team will perform 3 workouts. Workouts will range from 12 mins to 20 mins. Top 3 Teams will qualify for Final.
Movements to expect for each category:
Scaled -
Row/Bike Erg, Dumbbells (15/10kg), Barbell for Deadlift (60/42.5kg), Single Skips, Burpees, Knee Raises, Scaled Wall Walks (Open Standard)
Intermediate -
Row/Bike Erg, Dumbbells (22.5/15kg), Barbell for Deadlift (102.5/70kg), Double Unders, Burpees, Pull Ups (Final Only), Toes to Bar, Wall Climbs (Open Standard)
£500 Cash Prize to 1st Place Male and Female Intermediate
£300 Cash Prize to 1st Place Male and Female Scaled
Vendor Prizes for other podium finishers
No Monetary Refunds will be issued. Changes can be made to Team up to 7 days before Competition (i.e. Changing of Athlete(s) or Category)
