Wod Flow
On 3 2 1 GO teams will alternate roles each round. At the start of every round, Partner A completes a 15/12 calorie ski while Partner B holds a 40/30kg med ball in a bear hug position. Once the buy-in is complete, teams moves on to a sequence of 12 kettlebell swings, 9 weighted box step-overs, 6 toes-to-bar, and 3 muscle-ups. Partners then switch roles—Partner A holds the med ball while Partner B skis—before beginning the next round of movements. This alternating flow continues for the duration, with the goal of completing as many rounds and reps as possible in the 15min time cap.

On 3 2 1 GO
Teams begin with 50 synchronized DB hang cleans, ensuring both athletes hit the shoulder position at the same time, followed by 50 burpees split between partners. Next are 40 synchronized hang snatches with simultaneous overhead lockout, then 40 shared burpees. The third round includes 30 synchronized hang clean & jerks with matched overhead finishes, followed by 30 burpees. Then, 20 synchronized devil presses—requiring a burpee into overhead snatch—precede 20 more burpees. The final round features 10 synchronized overhead lunges, with both athletes lunging in unison while stabilizing the DB overhead, finishing with a final 10 burpees over the dumbbell.

Once Row/Run are both complete, both partners go into:
Max Reps Deadlift.
The workout begins with Partner A completing a 1200m run while Partner B simultaneously rows 2000m; once Partner A finishes the run, they may assist with the remaining row. The buy-in ends when both distances are fully completed and verified by the judge. From there, the team uses the remaining time within the 10-minute cap to accumulate as many deadlift reps as possible, with one athlete working at a time. Deadlifts must start from the floor and finish with full hip and knee extension, shoulders behind the bar, and no bouncing—only controlled, touch-and-go reps will be counted.

teams will complete 15-12-9 reps of synchronized handstand push ups and shared power clean & jerks within a 6-minute time cap. Teams must perform handstand push ups simultaneously and divide the power clean & jerk reps among both pairs.
