About This Competition
Caroline’s Classic is back! September 14, 2024.
We are excited to partner with Mount Vernon Nazarene University and support their new program IGNITE.
IGNITE is a newly developed residential program for students with intellectual disabilities seeking an integrated college experience that prepares them for future employment.
All funds raised through Caroline’s Classic will go towards supporting the IGNITE program!
We couldn’t be more excited about this cause and what this holds for the future of Caroline’s Classic and this great program being offered right here in Mount Vernon!
As in past years, we will have a Rx Division and Recreational Division. The movements and standards follow that of the CrossFit open and as workouts are finalized, movements and weights will be updated.
