Workouts
Red Light, Green Light
EVEN MINUTE: 17 Wall Balls (20lb / 14lb) (10' / 9')
ODD MINUTE: 17 Box Jump Overs (24" / 20")
Once you do not hit the EMOM target, you cannot move to the next minute, however, you may include the repetitions completed within your failed minute towards your total repetitions score.
SCORE is the total repetitions completed throughout the workout, including the repetitions successfully completed in the minute where you failed.
For example, if you only complete 15 Wall Balls in your 5th minute, you score will be 17+17+17+17+15=83 repetitions
Tug of War

ODD MINUTE: 18 Alt. DB Snatch (50lb / 35lb)
