About This Competition
Welcome to Patriot Games Cincinnati!
REGISTRATION OPENS TUESDAY January 21st, 2020 at 8am!
Format will be TEAM OF THREE ATHLETES OF ANY GENDER. Yes, ANY GENDER!! You can have a team of 3 women, or 3 men, of 2 males and a female, or vice versa 2 females and a male. There will ONLY be 1 division, “3 athlete teams”.
Programming is one trip onto the workout floor for 75 straight minutes. FULL EVENT WRITE UP CAN BE FOUND HERE.

Workouts
Slam “Karen”
150 Slam Balls (50/30#) *Ball must go up to a locked out position overhead and then be dropped “slammed” to the ground. A catch of the ball off the bounce is NOT required.
Fat “Randy”
100 Snatches (65/95) *A Power version is all that we are looking for
Jump Over “Diane”
21-15-9 Deadlift (155/225)
21-15-9 Burpee Box Jump Overs (20” for ALL) *as long as you go completely over the box (not around the box with any part of your body) a JUMP OVER the box is acceptable as well as a step over the box. The only part of your body allowed to touch the box is your feet!

5 Rounds (105/155)
12 Deadlift
9 Hang Cleans (Power is all we are looking for)
6 SOH (S2OH any way. Just finish each rep feet underneath you bar held locked out over head)
