We are now hosting a bigger event. Choose your hour to compete either Friday or Saturday
Why is this CrossFit Compeition different?
If you dont have the time to commit to a full days competition then this is for you.

This competition has RXD and Scaled Catergories.
Male / Male RXD

How it works
You will book your ticket and then we will be in touch to confirm your time preferred time slot.
60min Time slots are bookable
Friday 5pm - 9pm and Saturday 9.30am -2pm via email or message
You are expected to at the venue 30mins or more before your competing time slot to warm up and meet your judge.
After your 60 mins competing you can hang out and enjoy the atmosphere or leave and just keep an eye on the leaderboard to see your position and then WINNERS will be posted on the social media pages and then collect their prizes from the gym or we can post out to you directly.

60 team broad jumps over the prescribed distance

10 hurdles over and backs and ME crossovers FOR REPS
the hurdles restart everytime the rope trips
A tie breaker time is taken on the broad jumps if needed for leaderboard
