Top of the Box 2023
About This Competition
Ready to show off your hard work and test yourself this summer?!
We invite you to join us for Top of the Box 2023, a balance individual competition that will include true
tests of aerobic capacity, skill, bodyweight endurance, mixed modality, strength, and power. Two days,
six tests preceding a final, seventh test, for our top athletes in each category.
All divisions will compete on both Saturday, July 15 th , and Sunday, July 16 th (approximately 7:30am –
5:00pm each day).
Cash prizes will be awarded to all podium athletes in all categories.
Cost: $200, which includes:
-Two event shirts with personalized name and number
-Personalized professional headshot
-Personalized name plate
-Swag from some of this year’s sponsors
Workouts will begin presented about two months prior to the competition start date, to include one test
of each:
-Aerobic capacity
-Skill
-Bodyweight endurance
-Mixed Modality
-Power
-Strength
There will also be a final, 7 th test, for the top athletes in each category.
Please note: no refunds will be issued unless the competition is cancelled. Registrations can be
transferred to another athlete until registration for the competition is closed (approximately 3-4 weeks
before the competition date). Any athlete transfers must be communicated with Top of the Box before
registration closes and must include the name and information of the athlete taking over the
registration.
