This is a mixed team of 4 (MM&FF) competition.

Workouts
WOD 1 - Cardio
10’ AMRAP:
* Max Assault Bike Calories
E2MOM (Including 00:00), Synchro:
Interval 1: 10 Burpees to plate
Interval 2: 14 Plate Ground to Overhead (20/15/10kg)

- RULES:
1- Score: Total Calories.
2- There should always be an athlete on the Assault Bike.
3- Remaining 3 athletes should always perform E2MOM synchronised.
4- You can swap athletes on and off the machine and the E2MOM whenever you want.
5- Start E2MOM from 00:00.
6- Alternate intervals every 2min.
WOD 2 -Team Chipper (12mins)
(Synchro-IGYG)
For Time: (12’ Cap)
100 Double Under (Team A)
50 KB Swing 24/16kg (Team B)
40 KB Goblet Lunges 22.5/15kg (Team A)
30 Box Jump Over 24/20” (Team B)
20 DB Devil Clean and Press (Team A)
10 Deadlift 160kg (Team B)

- RULES:
1- Once you form the pairs, you can’t swap anymore.
2- You must alternate pairs as you progress to next exercise.
3- All movements must be Synchro between the pair
4- Score: total time the workout is completed.
5- If the workout is not completed in the time cap, your score will be reps completed
WOD 3 - Weightlifting
6min to find a Max Weight Complex:
Hang Clean + Clean + Front Squat
0-3min: Female Pair
3-6min: Male Pair
At minute 6 start WOD 4

- RULES:
1- Score: 4x Loads added together.
2- There must have “Clips ON” in order to count the attempt.
3- The other Pair CAN NOT help with load/unload the pair who is lifting.
4- Athletes can have as many attempts as they want within 3min.
5- Athlete must tell judge what weight is going to be attempted.
6- Athletes can start with barbell loaded.
WOD 4 - Relay
following on from WOD 3, in minutes 6-12
For Time:
20/15 Cals Row Machine
15 Wall Balls 9/6kg
9 Snatch 50/35kg

- RULES:
1- One athlete at time
2- Next athlete can only start the workout once previous athlete has completed it.
3- All athletes to use 10ft target.
4- It is the Athletes’ responsibility to load 20kg and 15kg barbells for WOD 4. If the barbells aren’t ready before WOD 4 starts, remaining athletes can load the barbells before the competing athlete gets do the bar.
5- Score: total time once all 4 athletes have completed workout.
6- Tie Break: Time your first athlete completes the workout.
