About This Competition

The CrossFit Volentia QUAD SQUAD is back for 2025! If you're looking for an inclusive, fun, community driven event then look no further! Create your mixed team of 4 (2 x Females, 2 x Males) and get signed up for a great day of fitness here at CrossFit Volentia. Event information: 4 Scored workouts for all teams. Awesome prizes for podium finishers  Vendor village Food and refreshments available on the day Free for spectators Professional photos from the day. We ALWAYS run on time so no need to worry if you'll make it home for Sunday dinner or not! Expect a classic throwdown that will be both fun and challenging for all levels!   Movement standards: This is an inclusive competition accessible to most. You will need a good understanding of fundamental functional movements including; weightlifting, gymnastics, kettlebell, dumbbell and bodyweight movements, including full depth squats (hip crease below knee) and knee to floor lunges, but other than that all are welcome!  Scaling options will be available if needed. Regardless of your skill level, experience etc you will be challenged and you will have an awesome day! Tickets are limited, so grab yours today and we will see you on the dancefloor in April (you do not need to confirm all team members straight away, you can purchase a ticket and create your team later)!   NOTE: We run a no refund policy, but tickets can be transferred to another team and teammates can be changed if needed.

6RFT (MF/MF):

15 x Synchro KB Swings (24/16 kg)

12 x Synchro Sit-Ups

9 x Synchro KB Box Step Overs

NOTE: If you finish before the 8 min CAP then your score will be your time, if you do not finish, then your score will be reps completed.

In 8 minutes all athletes to establish: 1RM Clean + Jerk

NOTE: Team score is combined KG's from each athlete's best lift.

Complete 1 Round As Fast As Possible:

80 x Synchro (M/F) DB Front Rack Lunges (Pairs can switch anytime)

70 x DB Snatch (2 x 17.5/12.5kg) (1 Athlete working, reps split however)

60 x Synchro (M/F) Toes-to-Waist (Pairs can switch anytime)

30 x DB Devils Press (1 Athlete working, reps split however)

Then in remaining time Max Calories Row

Score = Total Reps + Cals.
