About This Competition

Here at Colne Valley Fitness, the home of CrossFit Huddersfield we are well known for our in-house competitions and now we are excited to be offering up our first open competition event.


Our Intermediate Same Sex Three's


Date: Saturday 20th May 2023

Location: Colne Valley Fitness, Spa Fields, New Street, Slaithwaite, Huddersfield HD7 5BB

Cost: The price per team is £120 + booking fees.


What to expect:

Movement Standards (please note the movements stated may not all be included)


  • One team member should be able to complete the following: (reps do not have to be linked and can be performed as singles. It does not have to be the same person completing these movements)
  • Double Unders
  • Pull Ups
  • Toes Toe Bar


  • It is advisable that all Team Members can complete the following:
  • All Standard DB Movements (22.5/15kg)
  • All Standard KB Movements (24/16kg)
  • Snatch (42.5/30kg)
  • Clean & Jerk (50/35kg)
