About This Competition

Four Seasons Throwdown Series welcomes you to our second individual event of the year! 



You will be tested over a broad range of fitness, testing every angle of your fitness, are you truly fit on those ergs? can you run? can you lift heavy? are you able to manage rig work under fatigue? We’re putting everything in the mix and seeing exactly how you fair on those mixed components together.



Our event will be open to all with added skill should you wish to do so, cash prizes will be available to top male and female on the day along with prizes for all podium athletes.
