About This Competition

Dünyanın sayılı yarış pistlerinden olan Intercity İstanbul Park'ın ev sahipliğinde, Avrupa'nın en güvenilir ekipman markası KingsBox sponsorluğunda "V City Fitness Championship" ile karşınızdayız.

Toplam 140 atletin katılımıyla gerçekleşecek olan yarışmada; her seviyeden atletin performans sergileyebileceği bu kıyasıya mücadelede sizleri de heyecanın bir parçası olmaya davet ediyoruz.

We are proudly featuring "V City Fitness Championship" hosted by Intercity Istanbul Park, one of the world's best leading race tracks, sponsored by KingsBox, Europe's most trusted equipment brand.

The competition will be held with the participation of a total of 140 athletes in 5 different divisions. We invite you to be a part of our excitement.

Divisions

After online qualification workouts are done and approved by the organization,

  • 30 Elite Men
  • 30 Scaled Men
  • 20 Beginner Men
  • 10 Master Men (+35) *Athlete's birthdate must be before 04 May 1984
  • 10 Elite Women
  • 20 Scaled Women
  • 10 Beginner Women
  • 10 Master Women (+35)
    will be qualified for the Finals.

Prizes

  • Total cash prize 20.000 TL for Top three Elite Men & Women athletes
  • Sponsor prizes for top three athletes of all categories
  • Sponsor prizes for Event Winners

*If dumbell's weight is not in pounds, athlete can use the equal or heavier weight in kilograms.
Example; 20 LBS Dumbell = 9 KG or 10 KG Dumbell

*Heights of Lateral Jump Over the Bar must be the same height of an olympic barbell with olympic plate on it.

*Tamamlanan her Deadlift seti sonrası barın ağırlığı artacaktır. Atlet halter barındaki kiloları kendi değiştirecektir. Antrenman boyunca tek bir bar kullanılacaktır.

*Remaining Time Max Burpee Box Step Overs; Atlet süre bitiminden önce son deadlift setini bitirirse, kalan sürede maksimum sayıda Burpee Box Step Overs tekrarı yapacaktır.

*After completing every set of Deadlift, the weight of Deadlift must be increased. The athlete must be responsible for loading their own barbell to the appropriate weights during the workout.

*Tie Break ; At the end of each set of Deadlift, time should be marked.

The final set of Deadlift ( 21 or 15 or 9) will be athlete’s tie-break.

Example; 9 Deadlift time 10:23 ( Tie-Break)

*Remaining Time Max Burpee Box Step Overs;  Following the last rep of 9 Deadlift, athlete will complete as many burped box step over as possible with the remaining time.
