Workouts
6 Minutes to Build to a 1 Rep Max Snatch
RX'd Athletes will immediately go part B
[Scaled & Intermediate] Scores will be the heaviest lift from both partners combined into 1 Total.
[RX'd] Score will be heaviest lift achieved in the 6 Minutes.
Athletes may attempt any weight as many times as they want, they may also increase or decrease whenever they desire.

3 Minutes to Achieve a Max Duration Handstand Hold
Athletes can attempt a handstand hold as many times as they want within the 3 minute time period.
athletes MUST remain within the 8x8 FT Box, any contact on the tape on the floor will result in your HS attempt being finished.
Scores will be the longest HS Hold achieved within the 3 minute time period.
If there are any ties on the Snatch or HS Hold, the tiebreak will be the other part of Event 1 as a Tiebreaker

First set will start at 250/225 meters and will increase by 5/4 meters each interval until the athlete either fails or finishes 15 Sets.
The 16th Set is MAX DISTANCE COMPLETED. this interval will be added to the total meters completed at the end of the workout.

16 Sets of 60sec Rowing, 15sec Rest/Transition

The first set will start at 250/225 meters and will increase by 5/4 meters at each interval until the team either fails or finishes 14 Sets.

each meter MATTERS in this workout, even if you barely make an interval, give it your best on the next!
the score will be the total meters completed up until the athlete/team fails or at the end of the workout (not including the roll-over meters on the machine).
