Dumbbell: 1x22.5/15kg

 

Everyone works at the same time, each team member must complete 3 rounds of each erg. 

If you finish your erg before a team member, rest until they complete theirs then move onto dumbbell snatches.

In 3 x 4 Minute Windows:

Each team member chooses one lift, one team member lifting at one time.

Two team members work through the movements while one holds two 24/16kg KB's. 

Round 1 = Farmers Hold 

Round 2 = Front Rack 

Round 3 = Single Arm Overhead Hold 

- Switch as needed
