Grab your partner - same sex pairs.
RX and Intermediate levels.
The competition will consist of 3 workouts and a final.
Women's Intermediate:
- Barbell Movements: 25+kg
- Dumbbell movements: 12.5-15kg
- TTB - Pull Ups - Chest To Bar .
- Box Jump Overs
- Expect movements and standards you would expect to see in the open
Men's Intermediate:
- Barbell Movements: 50+kg
- Dumbbell movements: 22.5kg
- TTB - Pull Ups - Chest To Bar - Possible BMU
- Box Jump Overs
- Expect movements and standards you would expect to see in the open
Female RX:
- Barbell Movements: 35+kg
- Dumbbell movements: 12.5-15kg
- TTB - Pull Ups - Chest To Bar .
- Box Jump Overs
- Expect RX movements and standards you would expect to see in the open
Male RX:
- Barbell Movements: 60+kg
- Dumbbell movements: 22.5kg
- TTB - Pull Ups - Chest To Bar - Possible BMU
- Box Jump Overs
- Expect RX movements and standards you would expect to see in the open
Parking available.
Spectators can come for free
Tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer them if you cannot attend.
Workouts will be released via our Instagram page a couple of weeks before the competition.
