About This Competition
Bringing the most fun of all fitness events back home to where it all started!!!!
We are using this event as an opportutnity to raise funds for A4one ministries. All profits will go to them.
We are not using age restrictions for this event.
Since October of 2015 BOA has traveled all over the United States entertaining athletes of all ages.

Workouts
There will be a tire laying on its side with an eye bolt through the tread. The tire will weigh approximately 250 lbs. A 20' climbing rope will be connected to the eye bolt. As a team you will drag the tire for distance. There will be a turn around point.
5 Mins
This is an ascending then descending rep sequence. 2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2 Athletes can pick the movements they will perform. All athletes are not required to do each movement.
Start with two reps of each movement then go up by two reps each round until the round of 10 then the ladder goes back down. Only two reps must be completed in the first round for each movement and can be done by any teammate. One athlete works at a time with exception of holding the D - Ball. The D-ball must be held by one team member for any reps to count.
If an athlete breaks on a round then that athlete is out and the team will continue without that athlete.
Score is total reps. If the team completes the full ladder then every second that remains on the clock will become a rep.
RX - Movements will go in this order.
Thrusters - 95 Male RX - 75 Mixed RX - Female RX 65
Pull ups
KB Swings 53, 40, 35, 26

D-Ball weight - Male RX - 100 Mixed RX - 75 Female RX - 75
Scaled
Thruster - Male - 75, Mixed - 55. Female - 45
Ring Rows - Broken will be when chest does not reach the rings or midline breaks down. There will be a marker on the floor below the pull up bar that the heels may not go behind.

Knee Tucks

One member of the team will be handstand walking at a time.
Team members can switch out at any time.
If you break during the five minute period your judge will mark where your hands were when you came down. A new handstand will begin with the hands behind the mark that the judge determines.
This will be max distance in five minutes.
The floor surface will be turf. The distance will be approximately 100' before a turn around is required.
The team will have one basketball.
The team will have five minutes to make as many three pointers as possible.
Score is total three pointers made in five minutes.
Max Deadlift

Each athlete will get a max. The athlete can make as many attempts as needed. The weight can go up and down.
The score is the total of each athlete's max lift.
Each member of the team will get one attempt at each movement. The score will come from the best ball.
Punt - Football
Pass - Football
Kick - Football off of a kicking tee.
there will be a tape that you are trying to land the ball on.
The distance that the ball lands away from the tape will be reduced from total distance.
You can take steps to start but the kick must happen behind the designated spot.
score is total distance off the best balls.
Relay
5 minute AMRAP:
A team member will complete each of the following movements. All three movements must be completed. A different team member for each. Once all three movements are completed for the first round they will start over at the beginning and any team member can complete the movement. Movements must stay in order.

There will also be a Burpee Ground to Overhead accumulating as many reps as possible for the duration. Athletes may switch out at any time. The dumbbells must be placed on the ground prior to changing athletes.
Score is total reps plus calories.

Teams will run 800 meters while carrying a clear 32 ounce plastic cup full of water.
The team will have a 4' rope that each team member must hold onto while running.
The 800 meter run will get a score for time.
The plastic cup will be weighed at the end of the run for an additional score.
Scaled
Scaled teams run will be scaled to 400.
Saw - Floater
RX
Each team will have a pressure treated 4 x 6 post section and a new 20" hand saw. Example
With a 5-minute time cap each member of the team will make a cut through the post.
There will be a designated spot for an athlete to lay the handsaw prior to the next athlete starting.
Score is the combined time that it takes for all three members of the team to make a full cut.
Scaled will use a 4 x 4.
