Athlete A will complete 5 rep back squat, athlete B will complete 3 rep front squat, and athlete C will complete 1 rep OHS. All lifts must be complete inside the 10 minute cap. One athlete per lift. Lifts must be performed in listed order, and once athlete is done with lift, they can not return to attempt.
