Sango Games 2023 at CrossFit Sango 588 Fire Station Rd Clarksville, TN 37043 Same Sex 3 Person Teams RX competes Saturday, September 30th Scaled competes Sunday, October 1st Early Bird Registration $180 Now - June 30 (use code EARLYBIRD23) Normal Registration $225 July 1 - September 12 CASH PRIZES FOR ALL PODIUM FINISHERS RX Movement Standards (CrossFit Open Standards): Handstand Push-Ups (at least 2 athletes) Pistols (at least 2 athletes) Pull-ups/Chest to Bar Pull-ups (at least 2 athletes) Box Jumps (30/24 inches) Wallballs (30/20) Double Unders Dumbbells (50/35) Deadlift (225/155) Clean & Jerk/Snatch (135/95) All cardio equipment *FINAL FOUR TEAMS CAN EXPECT ANY AND ALL MOVEMENTS FROM CROSSFIT OPEN & CROSSFIT QUARTERFINALS!* Scaled Movement Standards: Hand release push ups Kettlebells (53/35) Box Jumps (24/20 inches) Dumbbells (40/24) Wallballs (20/14) Deadlift (155/105) Clean & Jerk/Snatch (95/65) Single Unders (no doubles allowed) All cardio equipment *AT LEAST ONE ATHLETE MUST BE ABLE TO COMPLETE PULL-UPS*

10 Min Amrap: 1A: Max Wallballs (RX: 30/20) (Scaled: 20/14) 1B: 8 bar facing burpees 8 deadlifts (RX: 225/155) (Scaled: 155/105) TEAMS CAN ROTATE PEOPLE HOW THEY WANT BETWEEN 1A & 1B BOTH STATIONS WILL BE WORKING AT THE SAME TIME ATHLETES MUST COMPLETE A FULL ROUND OF 8/8 BEFORE SWITCHING 1A WILL BE TEAM TOTAL REPS 1B WILL BE TOTAL ROUNDS + REPS

10 MIN TIME CAP: 5 REP BACK SQUAT 3 REP FRONT SQUAT 1 REP OVERHEAD SQUAT *FROM THE RACK* SCORE IS TOTAL WEIGHT COMBINED Athlete A will complete 5 rep back squat, athlete B will complete 3 rep front squat, and athlete C will complete 1 rep OHS. All lifts must be complete inside the 10 minute cap. One athlete per lift. Lifts must be performed in listed order, and once athlete is done with lift, they can not return to attempt.

Must tag partner when moving to the next movement. Scaled: You do not have to switch gymnastics movements. Must tag partner when moving to the next movement.

For Time: 12 min time cap 30/24 Cal Echo Bike 30 Box Jump Overs (24/20) 30 Alternating DB Snatches (50/35) *Athlete 1 must finish before Athlete 2 can start. Athlete 2 must finish before Athlete 3 can start. Must tag partner to switch.* SCALED: 24/20 cal echo bike 20 box jumpovers (24/20) 20 alternating DB snatches (40/25) *Athlete 1 must finish before athlete 2 can start.
