Final WOD
Complete the following for time
30 synchro overhead squat 42.5/30
30 synchro lateral burpee over bar
60 C2B pull ups
30 synchro lateral burpee over bar
30 synchro front squat 42.5/30
*Male teams will have 12 minutes to complete the required work
*Female teams will have 15 minutes to complete the required work
*Tiebreak time will be used after the 50 C2B pull ups are complete
WOD 1
Each team member will be working 3 x 2 minute intervals. As P1 completes the work, P2 will be resting and then will swap for a total of 6 rounds
In a 2 minute window complete:
21/18 calorie C2 skierg
Max effort thrusters in the remaining time
*Teams can choose their own loading
*Teams loading will determine how the workout is scored
*Team 'X' performs a total of 100 thrusters at a load of 40kg. Score = (100 x 40) = 4000
*All barbell loading must be declared at athlete check in
WOD 2
In a 10 minute window
P1: Establish a 1RM snatch
P2: Establish a 1RM clean
*Athlete 1 will have the first 5 minutes to complete a 1RM snatch. Any form of snatch is acceptable
*Athlete 2 will have the remaining 5 minutes to complete a 1RM clean & jerk. Any form of clean is acceptable
*Both athletes are allowed to change plates, take as many attempts as they like.
*Both athletes must declare the weight before lifting & are allowed to go up and down in weight as they please
WOD 3
In a 12 minute window
Athletes must attempt a to complete as many metres as possible on a C2 BikeErg
Athletes can only change on the bike once the following sequence has been completed
4/2 bar muscle ups
7 DB devils press 2 x 22.5/15
*Each athlete must complete an entire round as a minimum standard for the workout score to be valid
*A tie break will be used to determine scoring. Tie Break = reps completed by athlete 2 in final round i.e. 4 muscle ups + 5 devils press = Final Meters + 9
