Precision Games is a functional fitness competition, where teams of four compete against each other across a wide range of workouts. All exercises are functional and fun, testing the athletes physically and mentally. No muscle ups or snatches here: functional movements, accessible for a wide range of abilities.

When and Where?
April 29... starting late afternoon and proceeding into the night. There will be also the addition of the final this year, with the top 4 teams from each category proceeding through to compete for podium placement.
Prizes come in the form of lifelong memories of world class moments. There are also cash vouchers for winners, and gifts for podium placement.
Expert judges, energetic MCs, exhilarating DJ and an enigmatic media team will be at your service to bring vibes and great times to the event.
The EVERYDAY comp and ELITE comp be taking place. Check out the standards below to help inform which category you should shoot for. Remember, the best person to measure yourself against is always yourself.

Workouts
Devil's Assault
8 min time cap
M/F pair synchro 111 Devil Press 15/22.5
Max effort Assault Bike.
Flow:
On go, both M/F pairs will start on either the AB or Synchro DP. You can split up the reps however you want but it must always stay a M/F pair.
If you complete the DP you have the remaining time to do max effort cals on the assault bike.
If you do not complete the devil press in the 8 min time cap, the remaining reps will be subtracted from your overall calorie score on the assault bike.
E.g.
Devil press 106
Assult bike 129
- 5 minus the 129
Score = 124.
Forever Faster
For time in split anyhow:
Buy in: 200m run together

Cash out: 200m run
10 min time cap.
A classic reborn. On go, the team must complete a 200m run - all of the team must have returned to the pen before you can start the ski and row. In your team, you may split up the distance however you want. All members partake in the run, row & ski.
After the final distance has been completed, as a team you must finish with another 200m run.
Time stops once all of the team has returned to the pen from the final run.
Lift-off Part 2 consists of 4 minutes max effort synchronized thrusters in a male and female pair.
One male and one female can only be synchronized at the same time. A rep will only count when the squat is below parallel and fully locked out and synchronized overhead.
You can switch members of the team whenever you want but M/F must be adhered to at all times.
All athletes must touch the bar at least one.
Score equals the amount of total synchronized reps at the end of the 4 minute time cap.
The barbell must never be dropped from overhead. The bar can be dropped from the hip only. If an athlete drops a barbell from overhead there will be a 5 rep deduction penalty from the total score at the end.

Athletes have 8 minutes to hit their heaviest weight for
x1 CLUSTER
The bars will start empty and you must load your own bar.
There will be two bars per team, one male bar and one female bar.
You must indicate to your judge when you are going for a recorded rep.
Only one person per team can go for a 'recorded rep' at a time
You must confirm the weight on the bar with the judge before lifting
The individual male and female who hits the biggest individual lift will win a prize sponsored by LIFTDEX consisting of:
- t shirt
- knee sleeves
- grips
- sweat bands
- speed rope
Your heaviest successful lift within the time cap will be your score.
Score = all 4 team members combined weight
12 min As Many Reps As Possible
6 deadlift
5 burpee box jump overs (box facing)
4 sandbag over the shoulder
FF/MM IGYG alternating every 2 rounds
Non Working Pair must bear hug hold the sandbag.

Format: on go, the FF pairing will start. You will complete 2 rounds before the MM pairing starts eg:-
F1 6 Deadlift
F2 5 BBJO
F1 4 Sandbag OTS

F2 6 Deadlift
F1 5 BBJO
F2 4 Sandbag OTS
(This would equal 2 rounds - 30 reps) Then switch to the MM pairing.
Commencement of the reps can only begin once the sandbag has been lifted.
The goal for this workout is as many reps as possible in your team.
After 2 rounds performed by the FF pairing, the males will take over in the same format. You may only start a movement when the previous movement has been completed.
The Final Destination
For time, waterfall style. In any order.

Straight into
12 x 20m sled push (Alternate anyway ) FOR ELITE
Sprint finish as a team.
