Strength + Fitness Championships 2025
About This Competition
The Strength + Fitness Championships is a same sex teams of 3 Functional Fitness Competition with 2 Divisions to choose from, Scaled and Intermediate Divisions. Each team will complete 3 workouts and the top 4 teams in each division will make the final. Cash prize for the winners in both divisions. Shaping up to be a another great event.

Score 2 - Max reps acheived as a team from the max front squats at 65% of heaviest weight.
