MooseFit Challenge Week 2
About This Competition
Every week for the foreseeable future MooseFit will be hosting a weekly challenge that will consist of 5 days of competition, 1 workout each day, and two different opportunities to complete the workout (8:00am ET and 6:00pm ET.)
The workouts will be live Zoom workouts and will be coached by MooseFit founder, Matt Moosavian.
Each challenge will begin on a Monday with the first workout starting at 8:00am ET. There will be individual and team of 2 divisions (team of two workouts will be completed individually and your team score will be the combination of your two scores.) Workouts will require no equipment.
Each week there will be an active leaderboard where competitors can post their scores and see how they stack up against the other competitors.
