About This Competition

Join CrossFit SIU for a holiday themed charity competition benefiting Clovis' own Hearts2Hands mobile homeless ministry!  This event is a scaled two-person (M/M, F/F) team competition, so grab your fitness loving friend and sign up today!

Standards for this competition include:

Running

Wall Ball (20lb/10lb)

Burpees

Air Squats

Deadlifts (125/65)

Hang Power Clean (125/65)

Push Press/Push Jerk (125/65)

Calorie Row

Assault Bike

Kettlebell (35/20)

Thrusters (95/65)

Hand Release Push-ups

Singles (jump rope)

Box Jumps/Step Ups (24 in/20 in)

Slam Balls (50 lb/20 lb)

 

All funds are being donated to Hearts2Hands, so we will not be offering refunds. 

 

Parking will be limited; carpooling is recommended. 

 

Vendors/sponsors will be onsite!
