The ultimate test in outdoor functional fitness awaits! This year, we're taking it up a notch with bigger challenges, more excitement, an unforgettable atmosphere and a NEW LOCATION!
The Hub Games: Where Speed, Power, Strength, Endurance and Team work combine to push you to your limits.

Number of Workouts: Four!
Team Registration: Registration closes at 5pm on Monday 1st July 2024. Register before 6pm Monday 6th May to get a FREE Competition T-Shirt.
Price: £220 (£55 per person)
On competition day:
Registration is at 08:30
1st Work-out Briefing is at 9:30-10:00.
1st Heat commences at 10:30.
Finish time approx 17:15.
Podium time approx 17:45.
Beer time 18:00 - late.
Live Band: 18:00 - 21:00.
Food and Drinks Vendors include Dozzer’s smokehouse and grill, Happyccino will be serving hot drinks and cake out of their coffee van, and of course the clubhouse will be serving the beers for all of you spectators.. Who am I kidding..
Just to make the Hub Games even more epic, we will have the Red Bull event vehicle pumping the tunes and handing out FREE product to all athletes, all day!
Please bring your own water bottle, there is a tap to refill your water. Also bring some spare workout clothes to get you through the day, there will be a designated competitors area to leave your belongings and you are welcome to use the on-site shower facilities so that we can party afterwards too.
Remember: This is an open event to spectators! So please help us "Pass the Comp" and ask your friends/ rivals to come along to compete alongside or against you on 20th and 21st July at Lytchett Minster Rugby Club!
This is also extended to friends, family (and of course, dogs) who wish to cheer you on - there will be a designated spectator area for your supporters to watch the spectacle unfold, there will be beers on tap, the coffee machine brewing and some delicious grub too!

Teams are split into two pairs M/M + F/F
They choose one of the following workouts:
10 Thrusters @ 30kg / 15kg
8 Thrusters @ 35kg / 20kg
6 Thrusters @ 40kg / 25kg
4 Thrusters @ 45kg / 30kg
2 Thrusters @ 50kg / 35kg
