About This Competition

Join CrossFit 201 for the 3rd annual Summer CoEd Classic, a co-ed partner competition on September 15!

3 workouts, 4 scores. No final.

This event has sold out the past two years, so if you are interested in taking part, act sooner than later!

WODs:

WOD 1 - Cruel Summer

In 5 minutes:
(At the same time)
Gentlemen find 1 rep max Snatch*
Ladies find 1 rep max Clean*

1 minute break

AMRAP 1 minute
Gentlemen: Max Thrusters with ladies final Clean weight

1 minute break

AMRAP 1 minute
Ladies: Max Deadlifts with gentlemen’s final Snatch weight

*Bella bar for ladies 1 rep max clean. For the AMRAP - guys will use ladies barbell for the thrusters. Ladies will use guys barbell for the deadlifts.
*Weight on the bar will be from the final successful lift.
*Can go down in weight if missed a rep.
*Snatch and Clean can be any style. From the floor, hang, power, squat, split.

Score 1 is total weight lifted.
Score 2 is total reps completed.

WOD 2 - Surfin’ Safari

Gentlemen: 50 Wall Balls (RX-20/14 TO 10’/9’ SCALED 14/10 TO 10’/9’)
Ladies: 50 Wall Balls (RX-20/14 TO 10’/9’ SCALED 14/10 TO 10’/9’)

Gentlemen: 40 DB Power Snatches 50/35 RX/ 35/20 Scaled
Ladies: 40 DB Power Snatches 50/35 RX/ 35/20 Scaled

Gentlemen: 30 Shoulders to Overhead 165/115 RX/ 115/75 Scaled
Ladies: 30 Shoulders to Overhead 165/115 RX/ 115/75 Scaled

Gentlemen: 20 HSPU (RX) /Hand Release Push ups (Scaled)
Ladies: 20 HSPU (RX) /Hand Release Push ups (Scaled)

Gentlemen: 10 Front Squats 165/115 RX/ 115/75 Scaled
Ladies: 10 Front Squats 165/115 RX/ 115/75 Scaled

Score is total time.
Tie break score is when you finish last set of DB Power Snatches.

If time capped, score is 12+ remaining reps in seconds.
