Carolina Youth Fitness Games
About This Competition
The Carolina Youth Fitness Games is a professionally run youth fitness competition designed to test well-rounded athletic ability in a structured, standards-based environment. Now in its third annual year, the event continues to grow, attracting athletes from across the Carolinas who are ready to compete on a real competition floor.
Athletes will complete four scored events testing speed, strength, stamina, and stability. All workouts are age-appropriate, clearly defined, and judged to ensure fairness and athlete safety while still demanding intensity, focus, and composure under pressure.
The competition features three co-ed divisions:
Rising Sparks (ages 5–8), Power Juniors (ages 9–12), and Next Gen Elite (ages 13–16). The event is designed for both first-time competitors looking for a legitimate competition experience and experienced youth athletes ready to perform at a higher level.
The Carolina Youth Fitness Games offers a high-energy, family-friendly atmosphere with vendors, prizes, and a strong spectator presence. Podium placements and prizes will be awarded to top finishers in each division.
This event is built to challenge, develop, and identify the next generation of fit youth athletes in the Carolinas.
