25m OH DB Walking lunges (1xDB 15/10 kg)

Cada atleta elige 1 movimiento para localizar 1RM (no se pueden repetir los movimientos)
Cada uno tiene 4' y máximo 3 intentos

Atleta 2 - RM Clean and jerk
Atleta 3 - RM Thruster
