𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗪𝗢𝗗 𝗜𝗻 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁, 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻!

- Prizes to be won by top 3 teams for each division

Rx minimum requirements:
ALL gymnastic movements, Weightlifting movements 60/40kg, DB movements 22.5/15kg, DUs, Rope climbs, HSPUs, Pistols, Wall walks

Scaled minimum requirements:
Weightlifting movements 40/25kg, Wall balls 6/3kg, DB movements 15/10kg, SUs

6 Sandbag over the shoulder (60/40)

Partner 2 must complete the sandbag over the shoulder and BBGO reps to use the ski

 

RX: 

12-minute AMRAP

6 Sandbag over the shoulder (70/50)

6 BMU

Max calorie ski

Partner 2 must complete the sandbag over the shoulder and BMU reps to use the ski

In a 2:00 window (x3 rounds each), complete: 

15/11 Cal Row

2/1 Wall walks

Max Thrusters (40/25) in remaining time

 

RX

In a 2:00 window (x3 rounds each), complete: 

15/11 Cal Echo Bike

4/3 Wall walks 

Max Thrusters (60/40) in remaining time

Scaled:

For time (you go, I go) complete:

3-6-9

Deadlift 

Hang Power Clean 

Front Squats 

 

Barbell weight: (40/25)

Partner 1 completes 3 reps of each movement then partner 2 completes 3 reps of each movement before partner 1 can move on to 6 reps of each movement, and so on.

 

Then, in the remaining time (you go, I go) complete an AMRAP of:

1 Deadlift + 1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Front Squat

Choose your own weight (cannot be lower than 40/25)

Score = Weight x Rounds

 

Time Cap: 10 minutes

 

RX:

For time (you go, I go) complete:

3-6-9

Deadlift 

Hang Power Clean 

Front Squats

Every time you stop, complete: 

10 Synchro Burpees

Partner 2: 10 Alt DB Snatch (17.5/10) 

 

Workout format:

Partner 1 completes max Wallballs

When partner 1 stops, the pair completes synchro burpees.

Then, Partner 2 completes DB Snatch before going into Wallballs

 

RX:

Max Pull-ups in 8:00

Every time you drop, one partner must complete: 5m Handstand walk

The other partner must complete: 5 Alt Devils press (22.5/15)
