About This Competition

The South Seattle Crossfit Christmas Throwdown is back in 2024!

Coed Partner Teams. 12 Scaled and 12 RX Division Teams will be throwing down on Saturday, December 14th. 

Join us for fun workouts, great prizes, local vendors, Split the Pot Raffle, and a toy drive benefitting Toys for Tots!

Workouts will be announced in phases as the competition nears. Grab your merriest friend, a toy for the toy drive, and your holiday spirit! 

There is parking on-site as well as street parking. The event will feature some fantastic winning team prizes!

Please no pets since our viewing space is limited but human companions and support sytems are welcome. 

Refunds will only be offered before November 15th in the event of an emergency drop out. Must contact event host for a refund.

Partner 1 will row while partner 2 completes:

30 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch 

50' Double Dumbbell Front Rack Walking Lunges 

30 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch

100' Double Dumbbell Farmers Carry 

Once Complete, tag partner then switch.

There will be two scores for this workout. 

Score for Lock, Shock and Barrel will be total time to complete the work for both partners. 

Score 2 will be for total calories rowed at 9:00.

Both Partners working at the same time EXCEPT during the work on the pull up bars.

5:00 on/ 1:00 off for 3 rounds

26/20 Cal Echo Bike Cals
20 Synchro Box Jump overs
40 Partner wallballs
Round 1) Max pull-ups
Round 2) Max Chest to bar
Round 3) Max Bar Muscle Ups

Both Athletes will start on the echo complete the perscribed number of calories. Once both partners have completed the bike they move onto the box jump overs. Once complete, athletes move onto the partner wall balls. RX- 20# ball, males throw to 11' target, females, throw to 9' target. Once they are complete, round one athletes will accumulate as many pull-ups as possible with one athlete working at a time until 5:00 minutes on the clock. There will be a 1:30 rest time and then repeat with round two being max chest to bar pull-ups and round three will be max bar muscle ups. Score will be total reps completed across the three rounds.
