Workout 2

10 minute time cap

Teams will complete 20, 15m shuttles as fast as possible - you must go all the way over the line before turning around, working team member can change whenever you like - must stay in your lane.

Once completed farmers carry its out for a 1k run, you can only leave once the Kb shuttles have finished. All team members back from the 1k will score 1 point. The first TM back can start pushing the sled, once all are back it's go time, hit it hard and rack up those points.

The full sled must cross the line.

Workout 3

Teams will have 12 minutes to find a 5 RM - 10 RM and 20 RM back squat. As a team you will load the weights yourself and decide who is doing what and when. You MUST break parallel to have your rep counted. Only successful sets will be counted.

As a team you will spot the athlete working if needed.

Score is total amount of weight successfully lifted eg:

Athlete 1 - 5rm 100kg

Athlete 2 - 10rm 80kg

Athlete 3 - 20rm 60kg

Total score = 240kg

WORKOUT 4

10 minute time cap

40 hand release press ups

40 synchro lunges

40 hang to over head

40 knee raises/ T2B

40 pull ups/ Muscle ups

Teams will work against the clock to get as far through or finish this chipper if possible.

One person will work at a time to start chipping off the reps. You can change working team member whenever you like. The synchro lunges will be done together holding a kettlebell (3 different weights)

Once all reps of each exercise have been completed, teams will complete 5 synchro down ups.

This is the 4th and final workout
