About This Competition
Sisu Games 2023 will be hosting teams of 6 to take part in a unique combine-style format competition. This year Sisu will be testing your team's capacity through a series of 4 workouts within an hour.
Test 1 ) Endurance
Test 2) Hyrox Medley
Test 3) Absolute Strength
Test 4) Mixed Modal
This is an open competition, however, standards are as follows:
- 1 x team member must be able to rope climb
- Wall Ball - 6/9kg
- Kettlebell - 16/24kg
- Dumbell- 12.5/20kg
The winning team gets their entry fee back along with other prizes! There will also be prizes for 'Best Team Uniform', 'Best Team Name' and 'Spirit of the Games'.
Please make sure your whole team is available between 9am and 4pm when booking your space. 7 days out, you will receive your 60-minute heat time.
Full briefing will be online and all competitors will need to view this before the day. There will be limited opportunity to run through the workout before your heat.

Teams must consist of 3 males maximum.
