Outtrain @Crossfit Putney Times 1.30pm - 6pm


Join us at this amazing venue for an afternoon of team based workouts.


Teams of 4 (Mixed) 2 F and 2 M


5 X 15 minute workouts, Live scoreboard. Winners prizes.


Functional fitness competition, no olypmic lifting or gymnastics.


Not suitable for beginners, challenging but fun and team based. Test your endurance.

1k Ski - team

60x BB Thruster - mixed pair Synchro (30kg/45kg) - break these up however you choose but when you break complete 5 down ups and then resume with any mixed pair.


750m Ski - team

40x DB box step overs (2 x 12.5kg and 2 x 17.5kg)

When break - 5x down ups


500 Ski - team

20x BB clean and press - mixed pair (30kg /45kg)

When break 5 down ups

AMRAP 2 mixed pairs 1 pair on bike and 1 on DBs Bike Cals increase by 5 each round Round 1 accumulate 5 cals on asaault bike into

Paired synchro 5x Dual DB hang clean

Paired synchro 5x Dual DB push press

Paired OH walk

Paired synchro 5x Devil press


Round 2 accumulate 10 cals on asaault bike


DB work remains at 5 reps each movement every round


When pairs swap the bike cals reset to 5 in round 1
