Workouts
Team Relay, One athlete working at a time.
For time(12 minute CAP)
Each athlete completes,
5 rounds each of
5 Wall Balls adv(30/20), int(20/14)
3/2 Bar muscle ups , 5 Pull-ups(int)
1 Clean & Jerk adv(185/125), Int(135/85)(any style)
Then,
4 rounds each of
5 Wall Balls
3/2 Bar muscle ups(adv) , 5 Pull-ups(int)
1 Clean & Jerk adv(205/135), Int(155/105)(any style)
Then,
3 rounds each of
5 Wall Balls
3/2 Bar muscle ups , 5 Pull-ups(int)
1 Clean & Jerk adv(225/155), Int(185/125)(any style)
Then, without adding any weight, teams will complete max reps Clean & Jerks in the remaining time.
Tie break will be the completion time of the "3 rounds each" portion of the workout.
On the Odd Minutes of the EMOM workout, The athletes will perform as many reps as possible on the bench press. Your team score is the total amount of reps in the entire 5 rounds of the EMOM.
EMOM 10
Odd: max reps bench press adv(185/125) int(135/85)
Even: Barbell ladder(advanced snatch, intermediate clean)
Males: 155-185-205-215-225
Females: 105-125-135-145-155
*All athletes who clear the ladder will get an additional 2 minutes to establish a 1RM
*if an athlete does not complete a lift in the ladder, they may still continue on the bench press minutes.
On the even minutes of the EMOM, athletes will perform either the snatch or the clean of the ladder. Weights will increase after each successful round. Athletes who clear the ladder will receive an additional 2 minutes per team to establish a 1RM. Advanced division will snatch. Intermediate division will Clean.
