About This Competition

The Teen Gauntlet Qualifier is a world-wide test of fitness for teens aged 12-17. The Qualifier is divided into three age brackets (12-13, 14-15, 16-17) with male/female and Rx/scaled divisions.

The workouts will be released 11/1/17 and 11/8/17 respectively with scores due by 11/6/17 and 11/13/17 respectively. The top finishers in each Rx division will advance to the Final in Houston, TX on 1/20/2018.
