Workouts
After the run Partners will have the remaing time of the 10 mins to accumilate as many reps as possible of squat cleans at
120/Rx
105/int
85/beg
This will be a 2 part workout. First part Parners will split a 1600m run into intervals of (4x400mRX)(8x200mInt/beg)
Second part will be an amrap of squat cleans.
In 8min partner A and B will find there own heavy snatch balance and overhead squat. They will combine there totals for a score. Heaviest total wins!
Partners will complete A triplete of
60 Cal row (RX) (INT) (BEG)
40 Burpees Over Rower (RX) (INT)
20 Bar Muscle-ups (RX) 20 Chest 2 Bar (INT) *20 Jumping Pull-ups (BEG)
Partners will be able to split the workout as they like.
*Jumping Pull-ups must be split evenly.
BEGINNING
Partners wil complete all required reps and movemments SYNCRONIZED!
Movements are Knee raises and Dumbell Thrusters @ 25lb

Each partner will complete and alternate one round for 10 total rounds of the following
10 rds for Time
5 Kb Hang Power Snatch (53lbs RX)(35lbs Int)(25lbs Beg)
5 Box Jump and Over (20inch RX/Int) (20inch step over Beg)
25 Double Ubders (RX/Int) (50 singles Beg)
