About This Competition
WOD 1 - 2 Scored Event - 7 Min Cap for entire WOD
Start the WOD with completing
- 30 Cal Row for Him (both working at the same time)
- 20 Cal Bike for Her (both working at the same time)
- (the slower of the 2 times will be the one that counts)
After completing the required calories, move directly into
- 1 RM Clean (for both him and her)
- There will be 2 barbells (45# standard bar & 35# Bella Bar)
You decide when you want to get started on the final part
- 30 Cal Bike for Him (both working at the same time)
- 20 Cal Row for Her (both working at the same time)
- If you do happen to finish the required work within the 7 min cap, then your score for this section will be 3 minutes.
Score 1: Your slowest time from both cardio portions will be added together for one time
Score 2: The 1RM clean from him and her will be added for one weight
WOD 2 - 2 Scored Event - 10 Min WOD
Start the WOD with completing
- 3 Min of max reps Clean and Jerk
- RX/RX Masters (135/95)
- Scaled/Scaled Masters (95/65)
- Switch on and off as you wish
- Tag Necessary
Once the 3 minutes are complete, 1 min to change the weight for the next part

- 2 Rope Climbs (15'/14') - Must ring bell
