About This Competition

WOD 1 - 2 Scored Event - 7 Min Cap for entire WOD

Start the WOD with completing 

  • 30 Cal Row for Him (both working at the same time)
  • 20 Cal Bike for Her (both working at the same time)
    • (the slower of the 2 times will be the one that counts)

After completing the required calories, move directly into 

  • 1 RM Clean (for both him and her) 
    • There will be 2 barbells (45# standard bar & 35# Bella Bar)

You decide when you want to get started on the final part 

  • 30 Cal Bike for Him (both working at the same time)
  • 20 Cal Row for Her (both working at the same time)
    • If you do happen to finish the required work within the 7 min cap, then your score for this section will be 3 minutes. 

Score 1: Your slowest time from both cardio portions will be added together for one time 

Score 2: The 1RM clean from him and her will be added for one weight


WOD 2 - 2 Scored Event - 10 Min WOD

Start the WOD with completing 

  • 3 Min of max reps Clean and Jerk
    • RX/RX Masters (135/95)
    • Scaled/Scaled Masters (95/65)
    • Switch on and off as you wish 
      • Tag Necessary

Once the 3 minutes are complete, 1 min to change the weight for the next part 

  • 6 Min Ladder of 
    • 10 Thrusters
    • 2 Rope Climbs (15'/14')  - Must ring bell 
      • 20 Thrusters
      • 4 Rope Climbs 
        • 30 Thrusters
        • 6 Rope Climbs 
          • 40 Thrusters 
          • 8 Rope Climbs 
            • 50 Thrusters 
            • 10 Rope Climbs 
    • Thruster Weights:
      • RX (115/85)
      • RX Masters (95/65
      • Scaled and Scaled Masters (75/55)

      Rope Climb Mod for Scaled and Scaled Masters is Toes to Bars

      • ​Reps will be 5-10-15-20-25...

      Tag Necessary 

      Switch on and off as you wish 

      There will be 2 barbells set up (45# standard and 35# Bella)


      Score 1: The number of thrusters completed 

      Score 2: The Number of reps complete on the ladder


WOD 3 - Scored Event - AMAP 

8 Min Cap 
30 Devil Presses (40/30 RX) (30/20 Scaled) Dumbbells
50 Walking Lunges (same) (Dumbbells - holding them however you wish
6 Bar Muscle Ups (scaled 12 Pull Ups)( RX Masters 6 Chest to Bar Pull Ups)

20 Devil Presses (40/30 RX) (30/20 Scaled)
50 Walking Lunges (same)
4 Bar Muscle Ups (scaled 8 Pull Ups)( RX Masters 4 Chest to Bar Pull Ups)


30 Devil Presses (40/30 RX) (30/20 Scaled)
50 Walking Lunges (same)
AMAP with remaining time of Bar Muscle Ups (scaled Pull-Ups)  (RX Masters Chest to Bar Pull Ups)


Score is the number of Muscle-ups or Pull-Ups completed. 


Tag necessary 

Switch on and off as you wish except for the lunges
