About This Competition
Fit Studio invites you to our First Annual Fit Fest team competition celebrating friends, fun, and fitness. We have both RX and Scaled team divisions for our main event and we have added a bodyweight warrior division for those new to competition, and wanting to join the fun! If you are new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, there is a place for you.

Below are our three divisions for Fit Fest. We encourage you to use this as a guide and get registered for a fun day! Our main event will include RX and Scaled divisions where teams will compete in 3 events throughout the day. In our Body Weight Warrior division, we will host 1 event for the day where all ability levels can get in on the fun!
Suggested skill levels (Movements & Weights) are listed under our divisions when you go to register your team. You may change your division up to 10 days prior to Fit Fest.
RX Division:
In this division, both partners on your registered team will complete the "prescribed" workout as it is written. All movement standards and weights will be communicated in advance to all athletes.
Scaled Division:
In this division, you will notice weights and movements are modified to fit a broader ability level. Both partners on your registered team will complete the "prescribed" workout as it is written. All movement standards and weights will be communicated in advance to all athletes.
Body Weight Warrior Division:
In this division, we have created just one workout in which registered teams will compete. The workout will implement movements that any ability level will feel comfortable performing while allowing those not yet comfortable enough for the main event to get in on the action!

Expect our parking lot to be full of tailgating, music, food vendors, health vendors, and of course a place to watch the competition go down. Bring friends and family and expect a great day at Fit Studio. This event will be open to the public as well as our members!

AMRAP:

15 Power Cleans (135/85)
10 Synchro Bar Facing Burpees
Part A: 4 Min Cap
25/20 Cal Assault Bike
25 Alt DB Snatch (50/35)
Partner (1) must complete the full round before tagging partner (2) in to complete the full round. Work must be done before the 4 min cap. If a team is capped the score tie break against other capped teams will be completed reps in the 4 min.
Part B: 7 Min Cap
Parter 1: 1 Rep Max Front Squat
Partner 2: 1 Rep Max Shoulder to Overhead
The team will have a total of 7 minutes to complete both lifts. The score will be the total combined weight lifted.

15 Deadlifts (135/85)
10 Synchro Bar Facing Burpees
The team will split the work any way they would like. They will move through as many rounds and reps as possible before the 12 min cap. Total rounds and reps acquired will be the team score for event #1.
Part B: 7 Min Cap
Parter 1: 1 Rep Max Front Squat
Partner 2: 1 Rep Max Shoulder to Overhead
