FAQ:
Why should I join The Rankings?
The Rankings has been designed for the everyday athlete all the way up to the advanced competitor. The Rankings saw a gap in the market where after "certain online open competions happen" the chance for the other 90% of the leaderboard who didnt qualify to the next stage has been taken away. Here at The Rankings we have specifically programmed all workout so athletes can continue to compete and progress in a closs knit community all year round.
How do I know what catagory I should enter?
Here at The Rankings we have 6 different catagorys to choose from. Male and Female Scaled, Intermediate and RX.
Each catagory has a movement standard and guidence to help you choose what catagory suits you best. We would always suggest to throw yourself in the deep end as thats where the best progress happend!
How do I submit my score and how is it judged?
When a workout has been released so will a video going through the workout and how best to set up your camera. Filming can be done either on a phone on a videocamera. Once a video has been filmed we suggest you upload your video to youtube and copy and paste the link into the box provided on your submission page. Here at The Rankings we have a team of qualified Judges ready to look through your videos.
