About This Competition

The 7th Annual "Beast Before the Feast" Thanksgiving Throwdown is back!

Grab your workout partner and get ready to throwdown and represent for your Box!!  

All Division will receive Cash Prices for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place finishes 

 

Date: Saturday, November 20, 2021

Time: 7am - 3pm

Team of 2 CrossFit Competition
2 WODS plus a Floater 

Divisions: MM/FF/MF*/MasterMM

Intermediate *
Masters Men total age 80+ (35 minimum) 
Beginner * 
Cash Prizes for ALL DIVISIONS.

These workouts are designed to test a wide variety of strengths & skills ensuring for a fun, yet challenging day!
