Scoring:

Scoring of each workout will be in keeping with the CrossFit scoring system , with the teams accumulating the LOWEST points total over the 4 workouts / 5 scoring opportunities placing highest. The top 3 RX pairs and top 3 Masters pairs will compete in a Grand Final.

The points total will accumulate with each workout ( please see Suffolk Games workouts for confirmation of scoring ). Once each team has completed each workout , the final standings will be announced. The Suffolk Games is pleased to say they will be using ARETAS as their scoring software for the day. Teams will be able to access the scoreboard through their Team Aretas account.
