Workouts
all about the burpees
100 pull ups
20 burpees to plate
80 box jump overs
20 burpees to plate
60 alternating DB snatch
20 burpees to plate
40 TTB
20 burpees to plate
15:00 time cap
15# plate for all divisions
RX: 50/35# DB
Scaled: 35/20# DB, box step ups, ring rows, hanging knee raises
:01 added for every rep not completed before the 15:00 time cap

Partner 1:
400 M run
200 M Farmers carry
400 M run
THEN partner 2 completes the same workout
RX: 70/53# double kettlebells
Scaled: 53/35# double kettlebells
Score is total time for both partners.
We will have a back up plan (TBD) if weather does not allow.
There will be a penalty if KB are dropped - they may be set down but cannot be dropped.
Heavyweight
Lifting complex. Both partners will have their own barbell and will complete for max weight the following complex:
Deadlift + power clean + hang squat clean
Must be unbroken (no regripping). As many attempts as possible within the 10:00 window. Score is total weight between the two athletes.
Karen Elevated
150 Wallballs
Max calorie row
RX and Scaled: 20/14#
Partners will have 10:00 to complete 150 wallballs - split evenly with one person working at a time. As soon as WB are complete use the remaining time for max calorie row - may switch as many times as you want on the rower. Score is total calories on the rower PLUS 150 wallballs therefore if WB are not completed your score will be less than 150.
