The athlete may kip or use a strict method to perform the movement. A rep is valid when with both feet at the same time between both hands. The athlete must be facing the camera during the rep. Hands grips OR tape on pull up bars can be used by the athlete, both combinated CAN'T be used.

Cleans: The barbell starts on the ground. The athlete must clean the barbell to the front rack position. The rep ends with the barbell resting in the front rack position with elbows in front of the bar and hips and knees locked.

Weight Changes: The athlete can receive help from others to change weights between sets. All changes must be done in a safe and efficient manner to not block any movements from the camera.

Collars: Collars must be placed on the barbell before each lift for safety. If the barbell is not properly secured with collars, the lift will not be counted as a valid rep.
