About This Competition
Fitness Races are monthly online fitness competitions. All workouts are for time. Welcome to our July 2019 competition. Let's race!
Fitness Races July 2019 will consist of four workouts: Race #1, Race #2, Race #3 and Race #4.
Here's the workout announcement and result deadline schedule for July 2019:
- Race #1 and Race #2 will release on July 1 at 8:00pm EDT.
- Results for Race #1 and Race #2 are due by July 14 at 8:00pm EDT.
- Race #3 and Race #4 will release on July 15 at 8:00pm EDT.
- Results for Race #3 and Race #4 are due by July 31 at 8:00pm EDT.
There are three workout options for every race: Prescribed, Intermediate and Scaled.
Divisions
- MEN - 3 workout options for every race: Prescribed, Intermediate and Scaled.
- WOMEN - 3 workout options for every race: Prescribed, Intermediate and Scaled.
Cash prizes will be awarded to the overall Men's and Women's Champions.
The Top 10 Male and Female Finishers this month and every month through October will qualify for the Fitness Races Championship in November, where the cash prizes will be even larger!
You may submit multiple results for each race prior to the deadline.
Video proof must be submitted with all results.
There are no registration refunds.
