About This Competition

The 2025 Thrive Throwdown is a same-sex 3-person Team Competition that will be hosted in-person at Align Athletics / CrossFit Thrive on September 13, 2025 in Lynchburg, Va.

 

Registration Fee Includes: (1) Team entry, (1) event shirt for each athlete if you register by 08/23/2025, (1) shot at the podium, (1) raffle entry for each athlete.

Register by 08/23/2025 so you don't miss out on the competition!

 

Divisions will be as follows:

  • RX Men Teams
  • RX Female Teams
  • Scaled Men Teams
  • Scaled Female Teams 

Teams will complete four workouts over the course of 60 minutes, rotating through different workout stations with designated transition periods between each.

This will not be an hour of straight cardio. You will see a heavy lift, some gymnastics, machines, etc.m just line a standard crossfit competition.

Each Partner Builds to a Max UB TnG Clean and Jerk Set @ 185/135lbs
Rest 2 min

Conga line style

Synchro toes to bar
3 Wall walks after each round
*Synchro will be 2 teammates at a time. Flow of workout will be released prio to event.
