Overview
Heart & Fire is CrossFit Talisman's mixed pairs competition held Sunday 23rd February at CrossFit Talisman, Hertford SG13 7AA
If you've ever been to one of our events before you'll know the atmosphere is always electric. Spectator tickets are free so if you're not competing come on down and enjoy the festival vibes.
Qualifiers
There are NO online qualifiers for this event. Why? Because who wants to do online qualifiers over Christmas?!

Divisions
RX (AKA Titans)
If you RX at competitions or the CrossFit Open then this division is for you.
Intermediate (AKA Spartans)
Spartans will be 'almost RX', this division features all but the highest skilled gymnastics at a lower volume than for our Titans.
Everyday (AKA Gladiators)
Our Gladiators category is a great place to start your competition experience, if you generally scale workouts in the Open or at the gym then give Gladiators a try.

Workouts

1:00 on, 1:00 off x 3
Max d-ball over yoke @75/50kg
*Partners will alternate 1:00 intervals and work independently
*Score = total d-ball over the yoke in 6 minutes.
3 rounds for time:
30 wall ball shots @9/6kg
300/250m row
*Both athletes workout simultaneously; once both the wall balls and the row are complete, athletes swap.
*When both athletes have completed both movements, the round has finished and the next round begins.
