SUMMER CHALLENGER DAY
Le Challenger Day est une compétition en équipe de 2 ouverte à tous.
Vous allez participer à un événement CrossFit de 2 journées.
Le but de cette compétition est de vous faire pratiquer et de mettre à l'épreuve vos qualités athlétiques sur un Minimum de 5 wods sur 2 jours.
A la sortie de ces deux journées vous aurez élevé votre niveau de fitness.
Il y a plusieurs parties dans les Challenger Day,
la compétition Challenger Day Fondations de Septembre, le Winter Challenger Day de Janvier, Le Summer Challenger day de Juillet.
